About

XXL Wallpapers publishes extra-large desktop wallpapers rendered at native resolution: the pixels you download are the pixels that were computed.

Native, or not here

Every wallpaper is rendered from its own code at 1:1, once for each size. The larger file is not the smaller one stretched, and the smaller is not the larger one shrunk. Before a file is listed, its pixel dimensions are read and compared with the ones printed next to it. A file that disagrees with its name is refused.
